Payment must be made at checkout. Orders may be subject to verification before acceptance.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
The estimated average delivery time is 5 to 8 business days. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on location, carrier operations, and external factors.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery times are estimates and not contractual deadlines.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Mason & Maeve cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned due to failed delivery, refusal, or being unclaimed, a new shipment will only be made after the customer pays additional delivery fees.

5. Proof of Delivery and Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered complete when the carrier confirms delivery via tracking status, delivery confirmation, signature, or photographic evidence.
Mason & Maeve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
Key conditions include:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Returns must be approved before shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect

Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Mason & Maeve reserves the right to accept or deny any refund request.

If an order is not received within a reasonable timeframe, the customer must contact customer service before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
All claims (including non-delivery, damage, or incorrect items) must be verified. Supporting evidence such as photos, videos, or carrier confirmations may be required.
Mason & Maeve reserves the right to provide order details, tracking information, and delivery confirmations to payment providers to resolve disputes.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting customer service may be considered a violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mason & Maeve is not responsible for:
Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers
Customs processing or additional import fees
Incorrect address information provided by the customer
Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
9. Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse
Mason & Maeve reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of policies.
This includes excessive returns, false claims, or suspicious activity.
10. Intellectual Property
